Angel City Sports Youth Leadership Council
The Angel City Sports Youth Leadership Council are seeking highly motivated students who have completed 6th grade, up to 12th grade, that are eager to learn and advocate for youth and adults with disabilities. The Youth Leadership Council is a premier volunteer experience program to develop young leaders and gain involvement in the adaptive sports community.
Youth Council Requirements:
Attend 3 in-person Youth Council Meetings per year. There may be more in-person or Zoom meetings leading up to particular events.
Attend 2025-2026 year kick off event at The Angel City Sports office (6060 Center Drive, 10th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90045) at 2pm on September 21st, 2026.
Attend and take a volunteer shift at the below big events (if you need community service credit, bring your school form or we can provide a signed letter for your hours):
Youth Weekend (Toddler Games, Harvard-Westlake Upper School) - March 21st & 22nd, 2026 at Harvard-Westlake Upper School
Angel City Games (Youth Council Toddler Games, El Camino College) - Late June 2026 Location tba
Pickleball Fundraiser presented by Youth Council - Late October 2026 at Harvard-Westlake Upper School
Courage Weekend (Harvard-Westlake Upper School) - October 10th at Westchester Golf Course and October 11th West High School, Torrance
The goal for each member to raise $500 leading up to the Angel City Games in June.
